A multi-award winning modern dry gin.
Menthol (native river mint), pine sweetness (juniper), and eucalyptus (white kunzea flower) on the nose. Herbaceous and peppery mid-palate (mountain pepperleaf), slight salinity (local sea parsley) with a lingering citrus finish (finger lime, blood lime, sunrise lime).
